Default WARNING - Avoid Edmonton Stamp Show=Avoid Thefts!! - REPOST

Absolute disaster.... you are not even allowed to attend because of your
behavior. you're clueless

Tiberius Rex wrote:
Last year's show was an absolute disaster, with much blame being
attributed to all the negative publicity from victims of the thefts!

Hopefully even fewer people will be attending this year, and there
will then be even fewer thefts from dealers, by show insiders!!

Bob Kane did have his documented complaint of theft while attending
the Edmonton Stamp Show reported in both APS and BNAPS.

And he was just one vocal victim of the thefts by insiders of the
Edmonton Stamp Show.

Edmonton police have many such files from victims.

Your warnings have the appearance of the writings of an alarmist
whack-job trying to push an agenda other than what they claim to be
pushing. Just so you know. If you're actually legitimate, you might
want to take out the classic whack-job signals and just present the
facts.

Time to issue repost/warning, to save people from being more victims!

With APS and BNAPS both documenting significant THEFTS from those attending
the Edmonton Stamp Show, a WARNING to all is just good advice.

Those who take it will benefit by not having their material stolen.

If those who go, get their material stolen, then that is their choice.

From all the reports, it most definitely looks like an inside job, as they
say.

With other criminal investigations ongoing against several executives there,
by various Canadian and other law agencies, who knows what will be the next
bad news report from there?

It is NOT a troll, when one warns potential victims of being victims of THEFT
at Edmonton Stamp Show!!

For several years, APS and similar philatelic organisations such as BNAPS have
had to report on thefts from those attending.

In all cases, there seem to be indications, of an INSIDE JOB!!

AVOID, and you will not have your material STOLEN, as has been
happening regularly the past few years!!

Just ask Bob Kane of central B.C., for his comments as published in
APS!!

Troll.

Go find something else to do instead of playing stamp cop. you do a
poor job of it.

Droll troll.

Wait! I just hear another stamp show has as many thieves! I'll fill
you in privately, via e-mail as to not disturb the neighbors here.

If you don't get a response from me in 5 minutes, please start without
me.

Very droll troll.

Heh. I could tell without even bothering to check headers. Puts to
rest any questions about if it's (a) someone with a legitimate gripe who
is just a bit over-enthusiastic about delivering it, or (b) a troll with
an agenda.

Default WARNING - Avoid Edmonton Stamp Show=Avoid Thefts!!

If some of you are fools, who do not want to believe the truth as detailed by
victims, APS, BNAPS and the police, then you deserve to have your stock stolen
by those responsible from the Edmonton Stamp Show!!

The facts have been well documented by the victims of such thefts.

The reposting is to warn others who may not be aware of the risks involved in
attending the Edmonton Stamp Show.

Just a troll with an agenda, the same troll who also posts "Dealer
Offers Huge Lots for- What Have You?". If we ignore it, perhaps it will
go away.
The only blight in what is otherwise one of the better newsgroups.

I read the report of the original theft event reported
by the APS. Stuff was stolen from a vehicle in the
parking lot of the locale where the show was located.

When was this? It seems that we have been seeing these messages each
year for several years now.
