Default China Post refuse to accept stamps as postage

Since Sept 1st, most post offices in Shanghai no longer accept stamps as postage, claiming there're too many conterfeit stamps in the market.

The notice claims that this action is to 'benefit' customers by avoiding using stamps to pay for international mails. China post also encourages customers to go to the 12 destined places if they really want to use stamps.
