You're talking about *poetry*. You're talking about a *minor* poet. No
disrespect intended by that, but he himself knows his parameters - "I want
to promote poetry in my state," he says

probably are a few people out there collecting his work (if only former
students from Ohio). If so, they'll be happy to have this copy, but they
probably wouldn't want to pay more than a few dollars for it, and why make
them?

As I say, you're talking about poetry. Anyone who gives a damn about poetry
these days deserves a break. My advice is, put it up on eBay for a dollar
and see where it takes you!
