Not only commercial spam, but commercial spam from an idiot [1]. This is
the 2001 movie "special edition" reprint, not the first edition. Not
valueless, given the frenzied nature of Potter collectors, but starting
at £20 with a reserve on it is absurd.

[1] I suppose the seller may not be an idiot eBay wise. They may know
exactly what they're selling. In which case a different word applies for
their eBay activity. Though they're still an idiot for publicising this
fraud on rec.collecting.books.
