Alibris customer service - nonexistent? follow-up
Follow up to kind advice received.
It takes a lot of persistence to contact "customer service" at Alibris. I got a personal reply after my 5th attempt to contact them. Still have not received the book I ordered however after 37 days, allegedly sent airmail to the UK. Maybe the plane flew into the Bermuda Triangle? CC charged promptly OF COURSE. |

Maybe the plane flew into the Bermuda Triangle? CC charged promptly OF COURSE. I just airmailed a book to Wales on Monday from the Midwestern US, it's already arrived. Most airmail packages are prompt going to the UK. However last year I sent a book by air around the first of December and it didn't arrive for two months. I refunded my customer but she was kind enough to pay a second time for the book (with a minor deduction for her trouble) via Paypal. Randy |
