There are maybe a dozen 1921's and maybe 8 1922's. The 1922 are neat, they
are
done in high relief just like the 1921's, but unlike the other 1922's.

Julian Leidman had a 1922 High Relief grading VF that just might have been a
business strike. So MAYBE some high relief 1922's were released into
circulation.

Since the Anacondan coin was slabbed by NGC I just took a look at their pop
report online. They have graded one 1922 high relief "business strike" as
AU-55.

They have also graded 1922 Proofs in both high and low relief. They've graded
12 high relief PFMA (proof matte?), 2 low relief PFMA and 3 low relief PFSA
(proof satin?).

I'd like to get a look at the high relief they graded a 67.

They've also graded a total of 20 1921 Proofs....4 PFMA and 16 PFSA.

Hi Folks,
I also be a newbie here, tho have lurked for months, only posting when quirked
or when i have a question.Have gained alot of knowledge just by listening in.
My interest seems to be 1916, love the mercs (don't have the Denver mint mark)
my star possession is a 1917 type 1 quarter, and I paid too much for it 25 years
ago (so the wife said). I seem to shy away from Morgans, but the key date Peace
dollars have an allure for me that I can't resist. By the way I'd give $50 for
a 1913 Liberty head Nickle.

snipI forget the rest of the world not only uses the metric system and
watches soccer, but they put "h"s in Tom. I'm from New York where the
"H" would only throw us off and we'd make fun of it (unfortunately).
As for collecting...
Morgans (mostly de-slabbed and wretched looking - just how I likes it.)
Colonial British coinage
Sovereigns
Spanish dollars and all silver crowns
bullion bullion bullion
Hope to get my collection on the net shortly.
Sorry if my collecting interests bore some of you...sometimes I wish I
had more eclectic interests like British Medals issued during Tudor
England between the first and second War of the Roses... I'm just not
that well refined.
Thanks again.
Thomas
Where in NY? I live in orange county.
Your collection is fine. No one here would ever hold it against you.
Remember I collect circulatING coins, Face value only.
Figure I can never lose!!!!:-))
Doris
would love to find a British Colonial in circulation
