Default Mont Blanc Chopin Fountain Pen

I just got the Mont Blanc Chopin fountain pen as a gift and I was
wondering if anyone could offer me any care advice, ink advice, running
in advice.. general advice? Can the pen be left with ink in it, should
it not be left WITHOUT ink in it, how should it be stored when not in
use, does posting damage it, can the lid be over tightened (i.e. how
strong is the black resin?). Any advice would be very appreciated. It's
a very nice pen and I want to look after it. I'm worried about ruining it.
