WWII 10-Pouch Canvas Ammo Belt, Un-issued, c. 1942

This WWII 10-pouch Canvas Ammunition Belt is Un-issued and in like new
condition. It is a transitional WWI-WWII belt. It has 10 brass snap-type
button pouches for the ammo. Each pouch also has a pull-out cloth tab (also
with a snap) that is used to separate the ammo strips within each pouch. The
belt secures to the waist by means of a brass metal clip. The Belt is a
transitional belt with the color of the ammo pouches being tan and the color
of the belt being a light green color - see pictures(not the dark OD green
color). The backside of the belt is marked, (Hinson Mfg. Co., Jan. 1942).
The front side of the belt is marked with a large (U.S.). The belt is
un-issued and in like new condition. There is no damage to the snaps or
rivets, no fraying to the canvas, and no rust to the brass or rust stains to
the canvas.
