Does anyone know the diameter of the 1/10 oz American Eagle Gold Proof
coin? I am looking at the possibility of buying one for a necklace
for SMWBO, but I haven't a clue what it's actual size is. Is it the
size of a small cent, a nickel, a quarter, or what? This would be my
first gold coin purchase.
Thanks.

Kenneth what size are the 1/4 and 1/2 ounce?
I assume the 1 ounce is the size of the American Silver eagle Proof
that I have, or is it also smaller?

The 1 ounce gold is smaller than a Silver Eagle. It is close to the size of
a Half Dollar. The 1/2 ounce is similar in size to a US Quarter and 1/4
ounce is similar in size to a nickel. Also the larger the gold eagle, the
thicker it is.

These are Jasascript links, not plain a href.
Do you have Javascript enabled?

They work fine here.
(Very useful link, too!)
