OK, Frank, my apology is definitely due. I should have never dragged
you into my flame broiling of Charlie Nudo, and I am sorry for that,
and sorry I was rough on you. You didn't deserve that, and it was my
error of judgement. Please accept this, as it is sincere.

That's exactly what your 'alignment tape' auctions are. You show a
picture of an original and send a copy.

That's also what your 'fraud quad' acutions were. You made copies of
tapes and represented them as originals.

The picture is of our first model of alignment tapes, which had a black
and white label.

label- and has been received quite well by buyers on Ebay, read the
feedback. I have not updated the picture yet as it's simply relisted

manufacturing an alignment tape- which is why my tapes sell so well and
work so well- as the feedback shows.

way...you cheated me out of around around $15, figuring that bogus
"SWTR" VHS dub and one-way postage for that, and two-way postage for
the fraud alignment cart. An insignificant amount to the courts these
days, and there IS no enforcement worth a crap on eBay, anyway, since
that sale you made to me was an illegal "out of auction" sale. You
made restitution for the "alignment cart" fraud (after I outted you as
a fraud, which I found out everyone in here knew already anyway,) but
I still ate the postage on both items. For that $15 loss, I've cost
you around $70-100 in lost sales, lost time and damaged reputation,
which you deserve. Figuring an award of restitution plus my
miscellaneous damages and lost time, that works out to a square deal.
Works for me, and would work for a judge.

and what about this, Ron. Do you agree that D-Bob should lie about me
and Frank like he did here ? So you also support this ?

You're asking poeple to apologize for the EXACT same thing you have

If you want apologies, you have to give them too, there is no other

I honestly thought I could come in here today and the ADULTS would have
