I paused to reflect a bit and remembered some of your posts from a while
back, Mr. Fordler. Just now did a Google search on that name and my memory
was refreshed. I see that your name and your commentary has generated a good

I'm not going to make light or make any other comment other than I hope
the copies filed and served are a lot easier to read than what Eric
provided. I assume that's the best copy available. Readable, but
pretty tough on the right side in spots.

You are correct in your assumption Jerry. Right now all I have to work with
is scanned JPEGs. I make a better copy once I receive a hard copy.

I'm astounded that so many have been named as this must severely weaken
the Hagars' case.

If a couple of people had criticised their grading then OK maybe a
couple of people could be wrong but the fact that they are drawing
attention to the fact that it looks like "everybody" has criticised
their grading is madness by them.

Their legal guy is none too smart it seems as it makes it look like
"everybody is out of step except my boy". Billy

Not only file but pay for process servers. I was served with the
federal case today, I suppose as a "Head Of" RCC. Others who are
listed should be prepared for the knock as well.
