Frankly, I've seen enough. A filing in a Federal court that names *me*
as a defendant as a *member of RCC* a field that includes just about
anyone with an ISP.

Not ONE comment offered as a causible action is attributed to me.

I am accused of instigating and/or participating in a boycott of the
defendant's sales???

Horsecrap of a major dimension. The only time I ever bid on an ACG
auction I was rejected by eBAY as a "Blocked Bidder". How in hell can I
be guilty of restraint of trade when the *seller* rejected by bid on his
offer *with no prior history of interaction*?

I believe an action for defamation is probably my best response to this information.

*member of RCC*

What is that, what are the dues, bylaws?

There is no membership in RCC of any kind. Claiming someone is a member of RCC is nonsense.

Yes, I agree, my lawyer agrees and no doubt the courts will agree. I
object to this person dragging me into his little legal dreamworld.
I've never met or spoken to the Plaintiff, but I guarantee you he's
several bricks shy of a load. He should just *sue everyone he's ever
refused to sell to* and complain that they practiced *restraint of
trade* against his business. If this crap was in a Marx Brothers movie,
I'd understand it, but it's not in a movie, it's in real life and calls
for a real life response.

I was lulled to sleep by having been dropped in his *previous
complaint*, the complaint of last spring/summer. Obviously someone is a
few fries short of a Happy Meal in attempting to make the same
allegations a second time but in a new venue.

I think there is a new venue that obviously suggests itself. I doubt
it's the one he has in mind.

Alan, I hate to disappoint you, but you are not a defendant in this lawsuit.
You are mentioned, but what these people don't seem to understand is
that RCC is not an entity with any assets.

I note that I'm not listed directly as a defendent, but I'm quoted
further on. And I'm mentioned as a one of the people RCC is "headed
up" by. I never knew I was in charge...lucky for you folks, I'd
have stood a number of people in corners at various times if I had
known. Now that I know that, there's gonna be some changes. :-)

I for one would like to welcome our new box turtle overlords!

Hold on there! How did Bruce automatically inherit this position of
power and authority? I didn't see an election, I don't recall paying
anyone a fee and if this is an inherited position...who died and named
him King? I've always assumed that Stujoe Googler was the man in
charge. ;-)

There will be no rebellion here. As a Head Ups (?) of this newsgroup,
we control The Black Helicopter, Ira's time machine , AND the RCC dead
horse.

Think about it. if your mutaliated body were found on a Head Up's
front step, don't you think a few Ira coins could erase that act from
living memory? Remember, Ira is a Head Up too.

Bruce (It's easier when you're appointed rather than elected)

My advise is SHUT UP the public comments. Let some of the attorneys of
these big entities
work this for a while before you panic.

I'm not going to make light or make any other comment other than I hope
the copies filed and served are a lot easier to read than what Eric
provided. I assume that's the best copy available. Readable, but
pretty tough on the right side in spots.

I strongly protest!
Why I am not included ?;-)

I wonder how the "member" list was developed? Just collected the easy
to grab "full" names? The reference 16(n) is the only "nick" I see.

I'm a little confused. Since he claims to have read the posts on RCC,
doesn't that make him as much of a member as is possible with a usenet
newsgroup?

In other words, didn't he just sue himself?
