Default Pakistan Postal prepaid Envelope

I have a Pakistan postal prepaid envelope with this printed stamp on
it. I am curious why I can't find the equivalent stamp in the Scott
Catalog. There are 8 Scott # 815 on the envelope dating it around
1994.

Hi
Scott Catalogue has not carried non-US postal envelopes and postal
cards since about 1903. I don't think there has any worldwide catalogue
of postal envelopes and postal cards since the Higgens and Gage
catalogues many years ago.

Hi Treacan:

POSTAL STATIONERY OF PAKISTAN 1947 - 1995
by F.Aleem Sundal & Rafiq Kasbati. December 1995,
148 pp. Published by the authors, Karachi, Pakistan.

Although published over ten years ago I thought it worthwhile to
brimg this work to the attention of RCSD readers. It covers the
subsequent issues to those listed by Balgamwala. Every item is
illustrated and the text is clear and easy to follow. A guide to
values is also included and the listing will be extremely useful to
all those interested in the postal stationery of Pakistan.

Blair
