Poor Ira, so desperate for money he is reduced to begging for sales in
RCC.

Yes, RF, the purveyors of luxury goods are in a world of hurt. Only
going to get worse. Money that they make now might have to last them
a long time. Pity (NOT).

Reminds me of stories I was told about art dealers in Paris in late
1929 who had showrooms full of expensive modern art.

I have avoided saying this for a long time, but Ira has went to the ad
hominums today.

Very frankly Ira, you're a p*mp. You prostitute coins. I suppose
it's in your blood.

And the humorous thing is that you always seem to lack a certain
confidence in your wares. It's hard to pinpoint, but its always
there, not far from the surface. It's like your coins are hot
potatoes and they must be disposed of instantaneously. Like the time
you got up in the middle of the night to pee (your explaination) and
started pinging potential buyers here on RCC at 2 AM. If your stuff
is that good and that eternally valuable, why the exageration, why the
hyperbole, why the constant histronics???

Answer: you yourself have no confidence in the girls that you are
p*mping.

And I just wish that you would go and p*mp on another corner.

People who sold Lehman Brothers common stock thought it was a
relatively safe haven. People who sold Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
common and preferred stock thought it was a 100% sure thing. Most
people who sell for a living believe their own tall tales. Perhaps
your histronics relate to some recent personal losses in the stock and
bond markets, eh Ira??? That would be amusing.

Now, if true to form, Ira will start threatening lawsuits. Be sure to
print this thread out too.

RF may be crazy, he may be delusional, he could smell a bit for all I
know. I know that I do. But I like him because he is a fellow coin
collector, who appreciates coins as historical and artistic items, who
doesn't seem to see coins as just one big chance to hornswoggle
another man - and I would gladly buy him a drink or two if we ever hit
the same coin show at the same time.

"Voltronicus" wrote that Ira must be DESPERATE for money to post "ping"
messages on RCC.

"Ira" responded that when that statement was shown to be untrue,
"Voltronicus" responded by questioning when that statement was proved to be
untrue.

If "Voltronicus" could take a moment and wipe the saliva away from his mouth
and the excess that probably splashed in his eyes, and re-read my response
to his post, he would see that my response addressed the subject of pinging
me in this newsgroup.

This ping was directed to me and me alone. I had expressed a previous
interest to Ira regarding the coin he mentioned. Rather than search through
eBay history, Ira took the shortcut of contacting me via RCC. Since the
subject matter concerned the Fugio Cent, he included that fact in the ping.

I do not need protection from any members in the newsgroup. I do not need
volunteers to protect me either.

Thank you. Now please go and perform the same act you invited me to
perform.

Wouldn't it be rather easier if the almighty Ira-weh had your phone
number and the other 1,004 members of this group didn't have to be
bothered with the ping?

This is a public forum, dip****, er I mean Dibble.
If Stein wanted privacy, he could have easily contacted you by email.
That he didn't is just another example of his endless hawking of his
ware.
