Default Salesman mock up of 1868 "Sunshine and Shadow in New York" Neat!

I just came across what is obviously a salesmans demo copy of a book called
Sunshine and shadow in new york. The book has spine and cover designs glued on
the inside of the boards, the first half of the book is selections from
chapters and illustrations and the last half is an advertisment fro the book
followed by an area to list new subcribers their addresses and what style of
binding they want.
The book it self is not sold for much money these days. Anyone know if
there's a market for this sort of thing?
