Default funny inscriptions...

I know that a gift inscriptions written by an un-famous person in a
book is considered a flaw....but I have a drab version of A. Edward
Newton's "The Amenities of Book-Collecting" that is , I think, made
better because the gift inscrption is so much fun:

"Presentation copy to ______ ______ by a thoroughly gouche person who
was so moronic that he failed to graduate from grammar school..."

Anyone else want to contribute some similar examples?
