I'd hazard to guess that those "$200 minimum labor charges" from
Frontier to punish him for his spamming could get to be a bit
expensive for our favorite rag picker.

I think that it's a little bit of both.Apparently,Noodles is having so
much paranoid delusion's all because he knows that his reign of terror
is coming to an end and that his days are numbered here.He is also
showing that he hates that.It isn't our fault.It is his fault.He made
his bed and now,he has to lie in it.Oh well.

Noodles,the reason why you go off on all these paranoid delusions is
