What doll is this?

Hi again,

I was given a doll to sell and apparnetly I have the wrong COA to go with
her so I took the auction down. Thanks if it was any of you who wrote to
me, by the way.

Anyway, here are three pictures of her. Do any of you know who she is?
She's got a little mark on the back of her neck I can take a picture of
that looks like a J over an M,and she has 1995 on her neck.

Thanks if anyone can help me out here. I'm trying to help an older friend
who is selling his wife's collection.
