cards worth $10-$19
11% for any other cards or players worth $10-$19
8% for any Nomar, Griffey, Jeter, McGwire, Pujols, Ripken, Arod,
Suzuki, Soriano, Sosa, Thomas worth $4-$9
(.70 for BV$8, .50 for BV$6, .40 for BV$5, .32 for BV$4)
7% for any other cards worth $4-$9
(.60 for BV$8, .43 for BV$6, .35 for BV$5, .28 for BV $4)
