Rockola 481 lubrication
My Rockola 481 occasionally pops the 32V circuit breaker. It's a 0.9A breaker. I've measured the current when the magazine is rotating and it's 1.5A. If I use the manual switch to rotate the magazine the circuit breaker will eventually pop. The gears are all greased but I'm thinking that friction in the bearings might be the cause of the increased current draw.
I can see three bronze sleeves - one at each end and one between the magazine and the chassis. How does one lubricate these? I see no oil fittings or holes. Dave |
