This 1909 Vintage Childrens book titled, (The Swiss Family Robinson) by
David Wyss is in excellent condition. The book is illustrated by from
sketches made in the tropics by Louis Rhead. It has an introduction by W. D.
Howells. The book is published by Haprer & Brothers, New York, First
Edition, Copyright 1909. The book is 601 pages and is the classic story of
the adventures of a shipwrecked family on an uninhabited isle near New
Guinea. The book is profusely illustrated with line drawings and sketches of
the adventure. There is a nice colorful page introducing the story. This is
a very nice older book of the famous classic book. The book measures 6 1/2
inches x 9 1/2 inches. It is in excellent condition with no rips, tears,
creases, or missing pages. There are no loose pages. There are no stains and
no water damage or soiling. The book cover has minor wear due to age and
handling. It has a crease (see picture), but it is not cracked/broken in
half.
