Default Google to trash "Google Groups?"

Rumors have been around for awhile, but it's becoming obvious from
today's removal of various links that Google, Inc., after spending a
fortune for the Dèja archives and cooking up probably the worst HTML
agent interface ever to Usenet, is planning on letting "Google Groups
Beta" collapse. Threats of K-lining and blacklisting, as well as THE
worst reputation on Usenet for allowing spammers and other abusers,
were caused by Google's "laissez faire" attitude toward NNTP
administration. At its peak, Google Groups only managed to provide
..4% of Usenet traffic, but is a constant source of abuse complaints,
not only among users, but with NNTP/NNRP server operators as well
..What'll happen with the archives is anyone's guess at this point, but
the "buzz" that "Google Groups" is almost finished seems to be panning
out.

What WILL Cholly Noodlez do?? Hopefully, throw his computer in the
lake...with the power cord still plugged in...and him holding onto the
metal case.

No, idiot...so much for YOU on Usenet. If they do trash Goo Goo
Groopz, you're finished...over...finito. You're too stupid to learn
how to use a good newsreader, and probably don't know how to get an
NNTP account.

Bye bye, ****tard!

Do you have a link to a article stating this?
