An Open Challenge to BiggFredd!
OK, Fred, let us put this baby to bed once and for all. Since you feel that
you have it in your rights to circumvent the PayPal fee structure I have a challenge for you. You will need to e-mail PayPal and fully disclose that you are running a business on eBay and collecting payments for these items using a "personal" account. This means that you will have to be honest and let them know about all past auctions you have collected on. This means full honest facts and no play on words. You will also have to provide PayPal a link to all your current and past auctions in the eBay system so that they can make a fair determination if you are running a business and are still eligible to collect on that eBay account using a personal PayPal account. If you go through with this you will need to post all e-mail correspondence, with headers, in A.M.O.E. for all of us to see. If PayPal states that you can't collect these business related (balance transfers) payments using a personal account you will promptly upgrade your account to a Premiere or Business account and publicly state that you were wrong. This is very simple and painless. Since you feel that you are using PayPal according to the User Agreement you should have nothing to worry about. Then again, PayPal may not even care that you aren't adhering to the User Agreement and let you continue as you have been. We will never know till you *HONESTLY* show your hand to PayPal. You have nothing to lose other than an attempt to prove me wrong. If I'm wrong I will make an apology to you on A.M.O.E. It's all up to you now. Are you man enough? Oh! I almost forgot. Please include an ample supply of posts were you condemn both eBay and PayPal. Good luck. Rita |

"Rita_A_Berkowitz" wrote in message ... *snipped due to the sheer stupidity of the request...* number one, how did you get out of my killfile. damn these newsreaders! lol number two. Since when does paypal superceed the government in the designation of whether or not anyone has to be a registered business. You show me in paypals ruleset where it says "if you make so much money, you MUST be a registered business" Freds auctions states he accepts paypal transfers, the creditcards are accepted through bidpay. Beleive or not this is america, NOT ritaica and any individual has the right to use whatever payservice they wish. Next you will be saying that ebay sellers who specifically state "NO PAYPAL PAYMENTS" are doing it out of fee advoidance. No, its just there are other options out there. Damn ditz. now back into my killfile you go! p.s. prozac is to your left which is on the opisite side of your right, please read the label before taking anymore. Also, c'mon, I am still waiting for you to show your link for your auctions you seem to have no prob showing other peeps. Thats my challenge to you. |
