Never again. My one experience with them left me feeling that customer
service is not their strong suit.

I ordered a quantity of 25 ASE proofs in 2006 from them. Three weeks went
by without a package. After heeding all their warnings about emailing them
too early in the process and having said act slow down the entire process, I
finally emailed for an update. I received an obvious form letter that did
not at all address my questions or concerns. After a full month with them
sitting on my money (or more likely using it) I replied to the form email
and said I am looking for an update specifically regarding my order. A week
after that I was refunded my money with no further discussion or
explanation. In the meantime they had raised the prices on their website.

That kind of crap caused them to lose any possible future business from me.
