Wurlitzer 1250 help please

When i first powered this on it would make propper selections the record
would lift up and in place & the needle would set down & the record
would just start but not enough to play it then it would put it back and
stop . this would consistantly repeat
for any selection .

I found a switch on the front of the meck ( one of 2 mounted together )
that was stuck on inside , i fixed that by taking the switch apart &
cleaning it out . After i put it back in & aligned both so they would
open & close properly on that cam . The juke made several random
selections loading records but not playing them then stopped .
Now all it does is load the very bottom record no matter what button i
push & almost plays it . This is 100% consistant now . i can push any
button but only the bottom record tray swings out .

Any ideas ?

Ok .. looks like there are no Wurlitzer tecks here ? I spent the
afternoon poking around watching how things work and what does what and
got it working very good , just need to tear the motors down & redo them
it plays one notch to slow :-)
