Default FS: Complete (1964-2003) Kennedy set 125 coins

Once again, before they go to eBay. This is a awesome set, the owner
obviously spent a lot of time selecting these coins. In a Dansco album,
includes all proofs and silver proofs.
$900 delivered

What is with the slash mark that appears on Kennedy neck in some years? Was
this some kind of sick joke or is it just a die error that keeps coming up
from time to time?
