Yes, it does indeed appear that this gentleman is seeking to appeal to those
enthusiasts who love heavy toning on their numismatic items...

I hold the opinion that those that can't spell "commemorative" correctly
should be avoided but this guy also has lighting that attempts to give the
coin a "monster toning" effect, is it a lighting effect?

He also uses ALL CAPS, in red, underlined for good measure, and L@@K. Billy

Bad: the seller cannot spell commemorative. He needs to repeat fifth
grade.

Good: the seller did not put an apostrophe in the possessive "its." He's
better than many college graduates.

Best: if the coin actually shows those rainbow colors, it is better looking
than any of the other Churchill crowns I have seen.

Four reasons why I would never look at his auction. Others include moving
print (I have Macromedia Flash permanently disabled), small or out of focus
or dark photos, and more than a paragraph of fine print gobbledegook.

Artificially toned with lighting done to enhance the toning. Maybe a
little photoshop as well, can't tell.

Bruce (But face it, nothing could make that coin attractive)

So my "terms and conditions" on my sales of "If I have made an error in
describing this item, I will make it right" - should I expand that maybe
then? Throw in some red & blue text and animated graphics maybe?

Yeah, it's funny. The more people put in the auction, the less likely I
am to bid.

My thoughts, too, Bruce. It looks like a little AT, white adjustment,
and sharpening of the image. But at least there's a refund policy.
That's worth a lot when the coin isn't.

Agreed. Anyone knows it should really be spelled LQQK. This perversion
of the English language shouldn't be tolerated.
