Default Bob Dylan night at local high school

A local high school is doing a Bob Dylan tribute night on May 24.
Sponsored by a teacher
who is a big fan. Students perform various Dylan songs and a best
performance winner
gets some kind of prize.

I went last year and it was a lot of fun, am planning on going
tomorrow night as well.

Sorry, that was supposed to go to the Bob Dylan newsgroup. I don't
believe Bob
collects coins.

Maybe Liberia will issue a Bob Dylan coin to mark the event...

I believe Mr. Dylan has probably collected many thousands of "coins" over
the years

Of course, you could donate a proof set or a mint set or some other coin as
a prize.

I would prefer to see a Michael Jackson tribute. I know for a fact that
he fondles his coin collection and rumor has it he sleeps with it.

The Dylan tribute in honor of his 65th birthday last night was fun.

Highlights were "All along the watchtower" with a great electric guitar
backup, this same person also did "The star spangled banner" Jimi
Hendrix style to
open the show. The teacher who organized it performed "Like a Rolling
Stone" on
an electric accordian with guitar backup.

Sounds like a great time.
