Default Looking For A Specific German Dictionary

So far my efforts to track this down for my collection have been
fruitless; perhaps someone here can help me. I'm looking for a specific
German-English dictionary whose title I don't recall, and I'm looking
for it because of a specific appendix regarding German maledicta. Let
me explain...

While studying German in high school duing the late 1970's, a friend
found a dictionary to use for our studies. He claims to have found it
simply lying on the ground, but I think he might actually have taken it
from his father's library, because his father had come to the U.S. from
Germany before my friend was born. Regardless, it seemed to be a normal
German dictionary for the bulk of the book, but he had found an appendix
called "Words You're Not Supposed To Say" or "Things You're Not Supposed
To Say" which contained all the forbidden words: profanities, insult
phrases, und so weiter. A sample:

Rotznase = snot nose, little prick

Ich scheisse darauf = I don't care about that, I don't give a **** about
that

This appendix was at least two pages and may have been as long as ten
pages; I don't recall well enough.

I never saw the book itself (and so I can't supply a binding
description, publisher, or such), but my friend made photocopies of the
appendix and gave them to me. They disappeared during my college years,
I don't know how, and I've never found them again. All I can say for
sure is that the book had to have been published before 1981, as that is
the year I graduated.

Any leads would be appreciated.

You might want to look into the works of Dr Reinhold Aman, who
specializes in _Maledicta_ -- words and phrases used to curse, swear and
wound. He used to be a regular poster to alt.usage.english, and may
still be so. I'm sure he would prove helpful, as he has to me in the
past.
