1963 Hong Kong Dollar Coin?

Was there a $1.00 Coin minted for Hong Kong in 1963? I just bought what
was supposed to be a 1963 Uncirculated Hong Kong Coin Set, and the 5 and
10 cent coin were both 1963, but the 50 cent coin was a 1964 and the
1.00 coin was a 1960!

I have found a 1963 50 cent coin on eBay, but have not found any 1963
dollars listed as active auctions or as past sales.

The Krause catalog shows only 1960 and 1970 dollars from that era.

Depending on who assembled it, the 1964 may have been all that was "at
hand." Or, just as likely, carelessness.

They do not exist. 1960 and 1970 do exist.

I just bought a copy of the 2004 edition on half.com for only $5. In
brand new condition, too.
