HONG KONG DISNEYLAND GRAND OPENING COIN 2005
On ebay, item # 6629006433
This is a 99.9% 5oz. silver coin created for the Grand Opening of Hong Kong Disneyland. Starting bid $999. It might seem expensive but think of it, it's pure silver, very limited edition and its value will definitely go up every year. Great investment. If I didn't need rent money I would not sell it. Numbered Limited edition with certificate of authenticity and protective case. There are probably far fewer collectors of such pieces from Hong Kong that are looking to buy them, especially considering that the piece is only a year old. What was the original issue price? I would have a hard time believing that the value will go up from $1,000 each year, with a melt value of less than $75. Reclining Buddha The Original Couch Potato! |

It's not a coin but a medallion of very bad design, it's a silver round and it's value will be the metal value only, it's difficult to think of a worse "investment". It's hideous. Billy |
