This Really Needs To Stop.

Ok, I know I've done my share, but there comes a time when ADULTS
really need to stop acting like children. Everyday it's the same thing,
everyone trying to get one up on the other. Posting slanderous comments
all over Usenet in an attempt to be the "winner". Well guess what,
there isn't going to be a winner, not now, not ever. NEVER. Post all
you want, it doesn't make a damn bit of difference. I read this crap,
post some crap of my own, shut off my computer and go on with my life
with nothing that happened here affecting me one bit. Charlie does the
same thing and so does Bob. It's stupid.

Nothing Charlie Nudo does on Ebay affects me. Nothing Bob does on Ebay
affects me. Nothing I do on Ebay affects Charlie or Bob. It's not my
responsibilty to "warn" anyone about Charlie anymore than it's Charlie
responsiblity to warn others about Bob. See how stupid all this crap
is. I can't believe I'm even caught up in this idiotic chain of events.

Bob, I like you and you're a funny guy, but I really am tired of all
this and want it to stop.

Charlie, I want to say I don't like you, but I don't really know you so
I can't really say that and be honest. Sometimes you do make me laugh
and other times I want to ring your neck. That said, again, I really
want this to stop.

I'm asking ALL involved to just cease this crap, please. This group has
been destroyed. Let's just put our differences aside and act like
ADULTS! Let others see we are not the stupid, moronic assholes that we
have been acting like.

I'm stopping NOW. What you other guys want to do, that's your
descision, but please consider what asses you will be making of
yourselves if you continue and keep in mind, there will be NO WINNER.

There never is a "winner." The damage was done long ago, as this NG
was in steep decline by the time I got here to chastise Nudo about
defrauding me. My interest has been served by hammering this asshole
who DID ruin this group, and costing him much more money than what he
defrauded me out of in his scam auctions. So, for about $15 lost, I
got a helluva lot of "street justice" on Charlie Nudo. One thing is
undeniable: the 8 track community, except for notable exceptions,
knows Nudo is exactly what I said he was in the beginning: a fraud,
con artist and spammer. That won't change, since his mental state
won't allow him to do so.

I'm still going to issue an RFD to have this group buried. If left
alone, all Nudo will do is use it to further his scams and cons, and
that's not acceptable, because it reflects poorly on everyone who is
an 8 track enthusiast and/or collector. Let him go on and spam all
over Usenet elsewhere, for all I care. Sooner or later, someone will
hit the right adminstrator with the right complaint, and then he'll be
taken care of properly. However, I have big projects coming up, and I
don't need to spend this much time beating that zero over the head
every day. He's simply not worth it, and he's already sustained
considerable damage.

I'm sure this turd will say, "I WON THE FLAME WAR," or some other
stupid ****, but I couldn't care less. This was all just an endeavor
to cost him money and credibility, and from what I've seen, it has
worked quite well. The sad thing is, he'll just do it someone else,
again and again, until he's finally penalized, possibly legally. He's
not the only con artist out there on eBay or Usenet, for certain, but
I focused on one target that inpinged upon my trust and faith in
humankind, took action, and cost him more than he cost me, the price
he pays for ****ing with me. That, to me, is fair.

So, with that, I'm ending my grinding down of Charlie Nudo and moving
on, as I have commercial projects in September that'll keep me a lot
busier than I am now. If someone else wants to take the hammer to
him, be my guest. He's an easy target.

I agree.I think that we should put this all to rest and forget it even
happened.I also want to move on and try to get along with others.I also
want to say that there is no excuse for making a personal attacks on
others.That is what everybody in this forum are making and that is
disgusting.
