Maluku Selatan is also considered bogus
although not shown as such in my folder hierarchy


Further, that is not a "Malay" state, but rather associated with
Indonesia, if not mistaken.

Yes, Malaku Selatan = South Mollucas (islands), eastern Indonesia. See

Indeed, put it down to bad habits formed early in
my collecting.
Who knows why? perhaps a geographical thing
The same as Sedang should be loitering under Indo China
but the King of the Sedangs, Marie David De Mayrena died of
snake bite on the Malay Peninsular and so Sedang ended up there
