Default Mis-cut dollar bill - is it valuable?

Hi,
I have a dollar bill that's cut a bit small and off-center. Instead of
the typical 2 5/8" high bill this one is cut at 2 9/16" and the printing
goes almost all the way to the top (ie. the top is cut 1/16" short). Is
this worth more than $1.00?
