Default Question about eBay fees

How much does it cost someone in the US, per week, to list something
on eBay with a $1,500 'Buy Now' + 'or best offer' ? (One does not get
the option of bidding publicly on the item, as in a typical listing.)

Someone has been advertising an item of paper money on eBay.com using
the above method for about 6 weeks, non-stop. They previously had it
listed with no reserve and no-one bidded on it. I think the lot is
worth about $20.

Thank you.

A W
