Looks like a trophy - but a quick search could not match it to anything.

Thanks for the voice of reason, I am an incurable romantic. "Gazza" Looks like a trophy - but a quick search could not match it to anything. Globes were not uncommon in aviation trophies of the time - the symbology of use on the stamp may be coincidental.
