The seller requests a phone call if interested. I think if I were
interested, I would make the phone call. But, I would exercise extreme
caution.

When I ran a coin shop, several times a year someone would bring in such a
list and
ask us for a firm offer. The actual coins were always in dead Aunt Belma's
safety deposit
box in Florida, and while they didn't know anything about coins, they graded
them
according to the Redbook.

Unfortunately, there is also too much information unseen. Will the
slabbed coins be PCGS or MBG (my best guess)? Were the coins
originally bought from a reputable dealer or a snake oil salesman?

Think I'll hold off bidding on this one. Most of the coins are rather
unexciting, anyway. Wonder where he came up with the opening bid. I'll
have to get out my calculator. I must have gotten my copies a lot
cheaper than he did his.
