Default Wurlitzer 3600 Superstar

I have a Wurlitzer 3600 Superstar jukebox. The motor section under the turntable runs continuously. It will not attempt to stop or cycle the record onto the turntable. Any advice?

No advice yet but lots of questions!

Does it take coins? Does it give credits? Do the number and letter
buttons latch down then release? Does a sort of hidden light flash when
making selections with the number and letter buttons? What motor
section is under the turntable.... the turntable motor? Or do you mean
the record carousel keeps turning?

What motor are you referring to: record player motor or the Carousel motor? When a Selection is made; the "pin" located around the Carousel: pops up and the Carousel Arm spins around until it makes contact with one of these pins; stops; and loads this selected record. If you manually press down all the pins (200); the mechanism should stop moving. Also, if you manually pull up on one of the pins: the Arm should start searching for a record. Also, examine the Carousel Arm underneath for a damage or missing reset tab that resets the pin in the down position when that record is selected to play. Good luck.
