Hello,

I am curious about a particular edition of this book, specifically the
second edition, 16th printing. I notice that there aren't that many of
these books and the ones that are have a price tag anywhere from 60
dollars and up. Why are they so valuable?...and if one has a couple of
ink underlining passages in one chapter is it still worth that much?
Some of the descriptions of these books are describing quite used
looking books. Any thoughts?

Supply and demand (both, interacting.)

No: this counts as mutilation.

What is special about the "16th printing"?

That's what I'd like to know. They're listed for quite a lot on ebay
and amazon.

AA's answer to the Satanic Verses? It has a paragraph saying one little
snifter at bedtime won't hurt?
