Default Fountain Pen Identification

Hello,

I need some help identifying two fountain pens, as I have only a
little pen experience.

The first is a waterman, in stainless steel with gold accents. The
barrel is not tapered, and neither is the cap. With the cap on the
pen, it is entirely cylindrical. With the pen closed, between the
barrel piece and the cap is a one centimeter segment of black
(plastic? resin?) that has the word "Qristal" enscribed on it. The
nib is entirely gold plated. The "grip" of the pen is black, and has
wavy ridges

The second is an Omega fountain pen, also stainless steel with gold
accents. This pen s slim, and tapers on both the cap and barrel. It
has a small gold nib, and the grip is smooth black, slightly
transparent. I have been unable to find any information about this
company. Could it be the same as the maker of watches?

I'd appreciate any help that can be given.

Many Thanks,
Edward

IIRC, "qristal" the german word for a kind of polyurethane plastic.
