Default 1867 nickel w/double struck 7

Hi. I've been reading here a bit. lot of interesting information for a one
time collector who hasn't kept up with it for quite a while.
Friend of mine has an 1867 nickel and has been trying to find out more
about it. Looks like one 7 is struck too low and one too high. From the
edge and part of the shield it looks like more than the 7 is doubled.
It's not in the redbook. He found mention of it in a large reference at
Hastings but with no
elaboration or value assigned. The condition is not great, but it's clear
enough. There's a scan
here...http://images.prosperpoint.com/images/2776/139821-1.jpg Any
information would be appreciated.
Brad
