Counterstamped Peace $
I got a toned AU/BU 1923 Peace dollar today.
The interesting thing about it is that has a circular counterstamp on the reverse "Camp David Peace Summit, Sept 6-17 1978" with the names Carter, Sadat and Begin withing that. Anyone know the background of this coin? |
