He had no specific answers as to the practical implementation of his proposal, but he was sure there were a number of ways to do it. Most important, he felt that his proposal would "ignite discussion". Makes one wonder if he ran for office on that platform and if pols in South Carolina have already solved all their other pressing economic issues. |
