Seaburg Disco SMC-1

I am looking for a conversion kit so that my jukebox will play cds is
there one out there for this model of jukebox.

www.cdadapter.com makes various kits to convert many juke models to CD,
and Mp3
If there isnt one for the seeburg you have, you can always buy the
wallbox kit:

and build it into your jukebox, wiring it to the existing 0-9
pushbutton bank

you will probably have to wire the pushbutton panel to suit, which will
likely be fiddly, but not overly difficult.

The display would be a problem though, to interface to the vacuum
fluorescent thats already in the machine would not be a job for the
inexperienced, and would take some knowlege of the setup. In addition
the special power supply for the display would have to remian in place.
You could always build a panel with 7 segment red LED displays, but if
there is a blue diffuser over the display window, they probably wont be
visible, in which case you could use blue LED displays.
