Rockola 51375 Credit Unit A, B DIP Switches Settings

Again,

This is a long shot, but is there anyone having the settings for the
switches in a Rockola 51375 Credit Unit?

It is probably in the service manual I'll get in the mail next week, but I
can't wait...
