Default 1965 Special Mint Set - which is correct ?

I see 3 different types of these sets selling on ebay, but don't know why
they
are different and what makes them different.

The 66 and 67 sets are both similar in that they are in a rectangular acrylic
holder with blue field - in a blue rectangular box.

The 65's seem to mainly be the cellophane type in an envelope, but there are
a
few that seem to be different.

Here are examples of what I've found, all called SMS:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tegory=41 112
(This one may be a custom made set)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=52 6
(This appears official)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tegory=41 112
(This is what the majority look like)

So, what is the difference and how can all truly be SMS ?

Richard, as you say, only the 3rd type are U.S. Mint-packaged Special Mint
Sets. ALL of them were issued by the Mint this way. Of course, over the
years, many have been broken out, certified, repackaged, put in holders like
the 1st two, etc. If a true Speical Mint Set, there should be no (or minimal)
bagmarks. The surface finish is about the same as that of regular circulation
strikes.

#3 is in original mint packaging. #1 and #2 are in aftermarket holders.
