Still regular
Just a quick note to let you all know I'm still regular.
I've added fiber to my diet, so that may be helping. I took a gigantic dump this morning, accompanied by much groaning and farting. The entire bowl was splattered with poop, so I called my wife to take a look and, incidently, clean up the mess! TTFN
