Laser Cut Forgeries (more caveat emptor)

I have been web browsing for info on just how
Aust sheets are aligned prior to perforation.
(I have these circular "pimples" on some and not other
1948 Oz Von Mueller imprint blocks, which appear to be
perf locating marks)
