Default Soaking Noodler's Deluxe Blue Soaked Overnight.

I sent comparative soaked/unsoaked samples to
alt.collecting.pens-pencils (binary .jpg attachment.) It is the best
retention I have ever seen.

Where is the jpeg?

I'd love to have a look at samples. As much as I like the Private
Reserve DC Supershow Blue I am using, around 85-95% (my guess) of the
pigment washes away under water.

I've got some Higgins Black Magic waterproof ink (NOT FOR FOUNTAIN
PENS) that I've used with a dip pen. Now that stuff sticks to the
paper.
