Why don't you explain DAVID SCHLESINGER (employee of Palm Access, Inc)
why the Livejournal.com abuse dept. has permanently banned you from
using its blog servers? And why they have deleted five of your
accounts for stalking/harassing and violation of the LJ TOS. your
stonemirror account, your en_no_gyoja account, your stonemirror_2
account, etc. ad nauseum. all suspended for abuse. You are a stalker,
in plain and unarguable fact - and you have been ceaselessly punished
for your harassing activities. Yet for SIX YEARS, you persist in this
psychologically disturbed behavior. And you are no juvenile, you are
FIFTY NINE YEARS old! Its pathetic is what it is. And you even stoop
to abusing obscure usenet book collecting NGs. That is how low you
scour for your twisted psychopathic kicks.

It is piling up in a nice, fat report
for the police and for your current employer.

I've _pleaded_ for you to call the cops. I've double-dog _dared_ you
to. So far, you seem to be taking your sweet time about it. Whenever
they get here, I'll be more than happy to discuss your attempts at
identity theft, fraud and extortion with them and provide them with
the supporting evidence.

As far as my employer goes, they've been well aware of you since the
_last_ time you attempted (with your usual total lack of success) to
damage my professional reputation over a year ago. I've got the
evidence to tie you to that as well, and as soon as you call my
employer, you will find yourself speaking to someone in our Legal
department with whom I predict you will have an interesting
discussion, but one quite unsatisfying to you.

So, have at it, JASON CHRISTOPHER HUGHES aka LUIS M, ARSUPIAL. Knock
yourself out.

These lies are totally irrelevant to Seattle Bookseller, and to books
in any way, shape or form. Your true mission here has been exposed,
and your lies....

Called the cops or your lawyer yet, JASON CHRISTOPHER HUGHES aka LUIS
M, ARSUPIAL? When you call the lawyer, you might save yourself some
money by asking him right up front "What constitutes an 'absolute
defense' against charges of defamation?"

FWIW, Amazon feedback in the low '90s is below the threshold for me and most of the people I discuss such things with.

How low is too low?
A lot depends on the number of transactions a seller has had but for
me 94% is the general cutoff point.
The "star" rating are ludicrous, since somebody can have a 85%-90%
rank and STILL have more than 4 "stars".
A lot of people give out 5 "stars" for what, to me, is merely a
satisfactory (4 "star") transaction.
Merely delivering an item within Amazon's prescribed time frame
(which, IMHO, is ludicrously long) does not make a transaction
"Excellent".
I generally give 5 "stars" when an item arrives withing a week or so
(depending on where it's coming from).
4 "stars" for 1 week to 10 days.
3 "stars" for 11 to 16 days.
Either 1 or 2 "stars" for worse than that, depending on if the seller
responded to emails or not.
Clearly "seattle_bookseller" would not be a vendor of choice for me -
even before his meltdown here today.

No LJ Abuse team to go whimpering to here, I'm afraid, JASON
CHRISTOPHER HUGHES aka LUIS M/ ARSUPIAL.

The magic of the Internet.

Hey, didja hear that they revealed some serious deficiencies and
exploits around Onion Routers? Think you should be worrying...?

And it was LJ Abuse who took all your blogs away for stalking,
harassment and violation of the LJ TOS. Including the blog called
'stonemirror' which you had for 5 year and had over 50,000 posts on.
